Prince is coming!!!

The Minnesota music hall of fame has its induction in New Ulm of Friday. Prince is being inducted this year and they are telling us that there is a 98% chance he will show up to accept his award. I have to leave town for deer hunting or else I would be there for sure. I will let you know if he actually shows up.

Bad boys

Zander and Zach were horrible in church today. Just about the worst ever. Before the sermon Lisa had to take them out to the van while I stayed till the end with Lexi. What a headache.

Smokehouse & Playhouse

Sunday night.
I am sitting here eating some fresh smoked beef jerky. mmm good. I got the smoke house done Saturday and smoked it up good today. I guess you are supposed to prime it good before you use it. I had some leftover roast from last week so I soaked that overnight. Today I smoked it for about 7-8 hours. I also had a little sheephead we caught yesdterday too we tried. Zander ate the whole fish. Must have been good. I thought it just tasted like cooked fish. It was pretty good for a quick first try. I'll update with pics later. Oh ya and I got the kids playhouse almost done too. Pics of that later too.

Living it up Friday Night

I was on midnights this week so I got off at 07:00 this morning. When I got up me and Zander went to town and got some wood for the playhouse roof. We got that on by supper and then I took Lexi Zander and Nick fishing. We got 2 sheephead one catfish and Nick caught a 33 inch sturgeon. WOW it was huge. I told him 3 times before we left to get the camera. Does he listen NO. so no picture. Still cool though it was huge.
