Smokin"!!!

Sunday night.
I am sitting here eating some fresh smoked beef jerky. mmm good. I got the smoke house done Saturday and smoked it up good today. I guess you are supposed to prime it good before you use it. I had some leftover roast from last week so I soaked that overnight. Today I smoked it for about 7-8 hours. I also had a little sheephead we caught yesdterday too we tried. Zander ate the whole fish. Must have been good. I thought it just tasted like cooked fish. It was pretty good for a quick first try. I'll update with pics later. Oh ya and I got the kids playhouse almost done too. Pics of that later too.
